Bupa Hong Kong partnered with The Talent Games to revamp its hiring process for the “One Bupa Talent” Management Trainee Program. Their goals were to ensure unbiased talent assessment, deliver a highly engaging candidate experience, and reduce time-to-hire while improving the quality of hires.
The gamified assessment platform provided by The Talent Games enabled Bupa to assess over 600 candidates out of 800+ applicants within a short timeframe. By focusing on core competencies, Bupa successfully identified and hired top talent. The process enhanced candidate experience, ensured bias-free evaluation, and improved overall hiring efficiency.
